**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Auckland office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing essential support to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations, including maintaining office supplies and liaising with contractors
  2. Welcome visitors and handle inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
  4. Support internal meetings, events, and functions, including room setup, catering, and technical troubleshooting
  5. Collaborate with our Document Quality Specialist to prepare professional reports, proposals, and correspondence
  6. Provide onboarding support to new team members
  7. Assist in managing office facilities and oversee company vehicles
  8. Offer remote support to our Hamilton and Whangarei offices and collaborate with administrators across our NZ locations

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm
  • Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
