The Role
We are seeking a skilled Case Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Occupational Health and Wellbeing (OH&W) team to develop and implement key programmes focused on supporting employees to stay at work or return to work. You will also coordinate case management for employees following an injury or illness across the Waikato region.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. 5 years of experience in administration or coordination roles
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  3. Experience with electronic file management systems
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Excellent time management and self-management abilities
  6. Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles
