From lead generation to project wins, you'll be the face of UNO, driving our success in the Golden Triangle.While we'd love you to be based in Taranaki, we're open to candidates from other regions who can commit to regular travel to our Hawera head office.What You'll Be Doing:Hunting for New Business – Identify and secure new opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline.Building Relationships – Drive sales through outbound calls, meetings, and site visits.Expanding the UNO Brand – Grow our market presence and own your territory.Staying Ahead of Market Trends – Attend key events, understand industry shifts, and be the go-to expert.Tracking Your Wins – Keep sales activities updated in HubSpot—because if it's not recorded, it didn't happen.Working Seamlessly with the Team – Collaborate with other teams for flawless project execution & product development.Who We're Looking For:A natural deal-maker – You know how to open doors and close themAn industry connector – You thrive on relationships and know how to engage with builders, developers, and construction professionals.A problem-solver – You don't just sell; you add value.Tech-savvy – Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) to track sales activities.UNO's values are in your DNA – We Care, We Strive for the Best, We Do the Right Thing, We Do What We Say.A Full NZ Driver's License (Class 1) is essential.What Success Looks Like (KPIs):Lead Generation – Meet outbound call, video presentation, and face-to-face meeting targets.Sales Growth – Smash your plans received, quoted project values, and closed sales goals.Pipeline Management – A healthy mix of short-term and long-term deals.Customer Engagement – Build real lasting relationships, not just transactions.CRM Accuracy – If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen.How to Apply: Make Yourself Stand OutWe're not looking for a routine salesperson.
