The role is responsible for service delivery and revenue generation across Waterworld and Gallagher Aquatic Centre.
The primary purpose is to drive sales and performance and to retain our customers through exceptional service for Hamilton Pool's Learn to Swim, Fitness Activation, and Customer Care functions.This role is based at Hamilton Pools, which includes Waterworld and Gallagher Aquatic Centre.
The work environment involves a combination of autonomy to complete strategic and operational tasks with a mix of on-site presence and working from home to oversee service and sales delivery and interact with staff and customers.
Working as part of an on-call roster is required for optimal service delivery.This is an opportunity to positively impact and meet the needs of Hamilton's diverse community, working with our dedicated team to drive the reach and increase the profile of our Aquatic facilities.QualificationsOo puumanawa me oo wheako | Your skills and experienceProven experience in business development and sales management, preferably in the fitness or service industry.Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret sales data, prepare reports, and manage budgets.Experience collaborating with Marketing teams to optimise sales funnels.Strong knowledge of CRM system (Envibe) is a plus.Proven leadership skills that build a strong team culture and deliver high performance outcomes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to determine work priorities, multi-task, problem solve and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.Additional InformationHe aha te wariu o te utu kaimahi?
