Regional Customer Advocate

**Job Description:**
As a Regional Customer Advocate with DB Breweries Limited, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth within a designated region. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to increase sales and market share.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Business (desired)
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
