About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our End User Services team. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing effective and structured first-level support for ICT services and coordinating the overall support process with the aim of maximizing service availability, restoring services when required, and providing business systems support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced level 1 site-based support for customers' problems or requests related to End User Devices (PCs, Laptops, Mobile phones or Tablets)
  • Provide a consistent and positive service delivery experience to internal customers based in our key offices
  • Resolve incidents efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate the overall support process with the aim of maximizing service availability and restoring services when required

Skills and Qualifications

Previous telephone and Service Desk support experience would be essential to be successful in this role. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Windows 10, and mobile technologies. ITIL Foundation certificate, relevant tertiary qualifications or similar experience. An understanding of LAN/WAN network servers and Database environments.
