About This Role

This role has complete accountability for delivering sales and market share results for Kraft Heinz portfolio through the Woolworths account. You will lead a team of 5 and create the account strategy, executing across all categories.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Woolworths accounts team in line with individual and category sales plan to achieve sales, profit, volume, share, and NPD KPIs.
  • Working with team members to continuously improve forecast accuracy at category level and total trade spend management across the total Woolworths Supermarkets business.
  • Managing stakeholders across the business and key customers to maximise opportunities for account/category reviews and top-to-tops.
  • Holding total decision-making responsibility for the Woolworths Account on all matters including sales forecasting, overall investment, and relationship management.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline are essential. You should have experience managing a complex customer portfolio in competitive categories and a background in FMCG account management, particularly in innovation-led categories.

We're looking for someone with a high degree of commercial and business acumen, analytical capability, and the ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships.
