About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Channel Manager to join our Off Premise sales team in New Zealand. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and commercial performance for Red Bull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and commercial performance
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and trade initiatives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
