Ld New Zealand Ltd - Trading As Ld is a boutique chartered accountancy practice based in South Auckland.
We are seeking an organized and client-focused Office Administrator to support our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact at Reception, providing proactive support across administration, client management, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Reception and PA support to the Director
- Reviewing and organizing client records for accountant processing
- Managing MyIR and agency listing
- Coordinating engagement letters, AML requirements, and new client onboarding
- Overseeing Companies Office administration
- Preparing finalized reports for client signatures and filing tax returns
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting administration
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and process-driven individual who can manage tasks independently and ensure everything is completed to a high standard
- Strong relationships with clients and team members
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing tasks independently.
