The role will be based on-site in our Greenlane office.
The successful applicant will be working alongside Client Relationship Managers, the Programme Management team, and reporting to the Administration Manager.
The role involves supporting the Programme team with the running of all programmes, ensuring any documentation is processed accurately, deadlines are met, and programmes are managed effectively.ResponsibilitiesOffice management tasks (including ordering stationery and office supplies)The day-to-day co-ordination of Edvance training programmes (enrolments, accounts, database management, programme co-ordination)Providing general administration support for the Edvance team and programmesSupporting the smooth operation of the Auckland officeAll of this will require regular liaison with colleagues and clients at all levels both internally and externally, so excellent interpersonal skills and a confident telephone manner are essential.About YouPrior work experience in office administration or similar - ideally 2 years min experienceWorking proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Systematic and proactive with a high attention to detailStrong interpersonal/communication skillsFlexible work approachProactive with high attention to detailBenefits And PerksHardworking and fun multicultural team who celebrates successProfessional development opportunitiesFree flu vaccine or multivitamins annuallyHigh trust | High value cultureAccess to EAP servicesIf you feel you have the relevant skills, experience, and attitude to make the most of this exciting opportunity, apply now with a CV and cover letter.We understand some job seekers choose not to apply if a role isn't a 100% match.
