Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team based at our National Support Office in East Tamaki. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative services, processing transactions efficiently, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly process Accounts Payable transactions
- E nsure payments for credits and inter-company suppliers are made on time to maximize available rebates and minimize penalties
- Maintain the integrity of the Company's stock records
- Reconcile vendor invoicing and Converga Management
- Data entry of invoices and ensure invoices are accurately matched to receipted stock
About You
You must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role. High efficiency and accuracy with data entry processing are essential. A positive, conscientious, and self-motivated approach to work, as well as the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure, are also required.
