The Account Manager
This role involves assisting in the management of client accounts and specific projects, campaigns, or promotions. It requires collaboration with supervisors and independent project management. A key aspect of this position is fostering strong client relationships and delivering high-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Manager will:
- Contribute to strategic planning and creative development in presentations to clients;
- Motivate agency members to maintain professionalism and high standards;
- Monitor project progress within their area of responsibility;
- Ensure strategies align with client needs;
- Stay informed about client product categories through research and industry insights;
- Analyze marketing data to understand client business performance and individual product results;
- Apply Shopper Marketing principles to briefs and creative presentations;
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to make recommendations based on long-term client strategy plans and tactics;
- Prioritize attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A genuine enthusiasm for innovative creative work, shopper marketing, and retail communications;
- At least 1 year of experience within an advertising agency;
- A forward-thinking approach to all briefs, from small-scale tactical projects to large-scale creative initiatives;
- A collaborative mindset, understanding that strong relationships drive exceptional work;
- The capacity to consider the bigger picture, advocating for the agency's professional expertise and creative excellence.
