About the Role
The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and retention of major corporate travel accounts for the Hertz brand. This involves developing strategic partnerships, maximising sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative tasks to support customer and internal contract rate approval and reporting requirements
  • Operational and logistical support to manage specialist customer rental requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service to retain existing contracts and identify new business opportunities

About You
To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a field sales function, account management, or working with a travel management company (TMC) or in the travel industry, government, or managing corporate customers in an operational/logistics environment
  • A proven track record in exceeding KPIs and building strong relationships with customers
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced and changing business environment
