Accounting Practice Development Manager

- Work with large and complex accounting and bookkeeping firms to strategize ways to increase revenue and promote growth
- Build a territory plan with the Territory Manager to increase revenue through Xero plan upgrades, increasing the mix of Business Edition plans, and grow the attach rate of connected payment services
- Plan and run 1:Many client and Partner events designed to accelerate growth of revenue and new customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management of existing accounting Partners
- Educate Partners through the mechanics and benefits of the Xero Partner program
- Ensure Partners receive timely product and educational updates
- Combat churn and risk of deletion through education and value proposition
