We're seeking a Claims Administrator who excels in time management, accuracy, and effective communication.
In this role, you'll be responsible for inputting and managing data across two teams managing Life and Disability claims, communicating with advisers and customers, following up on outstanding claim requirements, and preparing referral documentation.
You'll also process Case Manager-approved invoices and manage the administration of payments across the teams, as well as long-term disability claims.In addition to handling customer correspondence and building quality relationships with internal and external customers, you'll contribute to maintaining accurate records and supporting general claims administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
