  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variations, and notices of delay or extension of time requests in accordance with head contract requirements.
  • Draft, award, administer, and manage subcontracts, ensuring accurate administration and commercial protection.

About The Role

This Senior Contracts Administrator position involves overseeing head contracts and subcontracts for construction and renewable energy projects in Western Australia, with a 2/1 roster.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the project team to manage and control project budgets, driving profitability, and minimizing financial risk.

  1. Develop and manage project budgets alongside the Project Manager and Commercial Manager, ensuring systems like Viewpoint are set up and maintained.
  2. Prepare and submit financial reports, including project forecasts, to the Commercial and Operations Manager.
  3. Oversee project correspondence and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.

About You

A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline is required, along with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.

Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, as well as excellent measurement and quantity take-off abilities.

Proven experience in budget control and cost management, high attention to detail, and organizational skills are also essential.
