  • Manage basic to standard complexity claims, liaising with clients, insurers, claimants, and external providers while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Meet service levels outlined in the Client Service Agreement and respond promptly to queries from clients and brokers.
  • Conduct claims investigations, analyze claims history data, and determine claim settlements for under-deductible claims.
  • Drive the settlement negotiation process and advocate for clients in response to insurer denials of liability.

Requirements:
  • Professional Accreditation: Tier 1 and Associate member of ANZIIF.
  • 1-2 years of previous claims handling experience.
  • Strong understanding of policy wordings and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in data entry and claims administration using systems like Clearsight.
