We've built a reputation for delivering top-notch customer service and admin support. As a Claims Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing data across two teams, communicating with advisers and customers, following up on outstanding claim requirements, and preparing referral documentation.
The Opportunity
- You'll be working in a flexible environment where you can make a significant contribution to our success through the application of your skills and experience.
- Computer skills to a competent level – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience in an administrative, customer service or data entry-based role essential.
- Life Insurance and product knowledge advantageous.
