Creative Workflow Coordinator

**About the role**
- We are looking for an organised creative, to manage the workflow for the Creative and Studio teams, ensuring the highest quality work is produced across the board from briefing to completion.
- As a coordinator, you are to provide a bridge between the creative team, production studio and marketing team supporting these departments to ensure effective communication is always maintained. This role also involves a component of project management/account management so an interest in this type of work would be an advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Allocating work within the Creative, Digital and Studio teams
- Forward plan work from Marketing Teams creating a two-month marketing plan, and timeline with the Studio & Production Manager
- Controlling and monitoring briefs including rejection of incomplete or incorrect paperwork
- Display a sense of ownership and passion for all creative work ensuring the highest quality work is produced across the board from briefing to completion.
- Effectively communicate with the Marketing team, production and creative to ensure the efficient production of their work and that all deadlines are met.
- Run weekly WIPs with marketing, updating creative WIP forms and provide an accurate indication of upcoming workloads.
- Ordering of stock shots, booking of photographers and illustrators as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the team as required.
- Liase with freelancers, copywriters and other suppliers to ensure a mutually beneficial business relationship with them.

**Who you are**:
- You are someone with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and perform under pressure
- Ability to communicate clearly with the marketing team, creative department and external suppliers.
- Organisational skills to compile up-to-date WIPS
- Ability to persist and stick with a project, identifying innovative solutions to problems as they arise.
- Be a team player and take on extra duties and responsibilities as required.
- Aware of current trends in creative work produced within the advertising industry as well as in a broader context.
- Preferred in-depth knowledge of typical lead times and costs involved in producing creative print and digital work
