LAMB Creative is a creative digital agency situated in Hamilton. We specializein providing amazing graphic design, pixel-perfect websites, and branding services.
We are currently searching fora business development specialist to expand our business and improve our branding initiatives, your duties will include establishing networks with industry specialists, maintaining valued customer relationships, and negotiating deals.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate ability in business development strategies and marketing, also in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
**Business Development Specialist Responsibilities**:
- Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients, and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to purchase our services,
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the companys vision.
- Develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- Run day to day social media and search engine optimization audits to ensure best practices are being used.
- Identifying marketing trends and clients needs shifts and advising and organizing both online and physical advertising & promotion activities
- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and implementation of marketing objectives and policies and plans.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the organizations unique selling propositions and differentiation.
- Create and monitor Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinate with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
- Present to and consult management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- ** Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
- Master Degree in marketingpreferred.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industryis not essential but preferred
- Goodknowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.
- Experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
**Remuneration and work location**:
Pay range: $58,240k-64,480k
Working hours : 40 hours five days per week (fixed hour per week)
