**Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This opportunity is for a People & Culture Coordinator to join People Advice, part of the wider People & Culture team. When you join our People & Culture team, you will share our passion for sourcing, engaging and developing our talented thinkers, creators, planners and practitioners who collectively take Beca forward into our second century.

**This role is a 12 month fixed-term.**

About you

We want to talk to people from all backgrounds; you might be starting out in your P&C career, an experienced practitioner, or a completely different background entirely. Most of all, you will be a person who takes pride in getting the details right, knowing that your actions help progress outcomes for our people. You will be unflappable when working to deadlines and curious to explore new ways of doing things.

Each day will provide opportunities for you to grow your P&C career and continue learning and developing; overall, you can expect to be:

- Creating employment documentation from Letters of Employment to Employment variations
- Facilitating our new starter induction
- Contributing ideas to support our continuous improvement objectives
- Opportunity to be involved in wider P&C projects
