**About therole**
This is at a large-scale organisation administering the payroll for a large organisation (5000+ staff.)
The team is supportive, social, and have a great work ethic.
The main duties of this role include:
- Verification and assurance of the payroll data received via HR workflows
- Processing, reconciliation and reporting of the on-cycle and off-cycle pay runs
- Administering of ACC, Superannuation, and Deductions
- Processing and reconciliation of Final Pays and Overpayments
- You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure these activities can be delivered accurately and on-time, ensuring compliance with all payroll-related legislation.
**About you**
We are looking for someone experienced who understands NZ payroll well. Training in systems and processes will be provided, although they are looking for someone to hit the ground running.
- Payroll experience in a large organisation
- Proven experience operating HRIS and payroll systems, ideally SAP, is required
- Knowledge of relevant legislation that impacts on the operation of payroll services is required
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices
- Right to work in New Zealand
