**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
Our Content Coordinators:

- Coordinate and deliver content across our owned digital channels
- Collaborate with other content team members, UX, and brand and marketing to achieve a consistent and connected customer experience
- Work with others to brief and review content and creative assets
- Create and execute content using a range of tools, including CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure content is accurate, error-free, and delivered on time
- Optimise content for discoverability and SEO
- Analyse and report on content effectiveness
- Seek out ways to improve content, processes and ways of working
