Our team is recruiting an Office clerk position for our office based in Remuera, Auckland. The position includes a range of office and administration duties for our business in construction.
Hours are minimum 30 to maximum 40 hours a week, wage range is from $26 to $30 depending on your experience.
The person would be responsible for:
- Answering enquiries about company and services
- Quoting to customers and sending purchase orders to suppliers as requested
- Assisting the Director with tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Database entry and updating
- Maintaining office files, records and order stationery.
- Maintain inventories
- Handling shipping and inventories
- Collecting, processing transactions and bookeeping
- Administering payroll
- Performing HR admin tasks, maintaining our workers timesheets, paysheet, payroll.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent in customer service skills
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy is a must and creative to make the workflow easier for our staff.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
- Positive and can-do attitude
