Our Culture Evolution Programme is a strategically prioritised programme of work supporting the progress towards our Culture aspiration through FY24 and beyond. We are looking for someone with a strong programme management background and ability to execute to lead the delivery of this exciting programme.

As the Senior Manager - Organisational Culture, you will be working as a key member of the Learning, Talent and Culture team, leading the overall design and delivery of the Culture Evolution Programme. This includes ensuring the effective delivery and embedding of culture change at all levels of WNZL, through leader-led initiatives, employee-led initiatives, communications and activations, our culture champion network and other key culture touchpoints.

You’ll also be:

- Working closely with a range of HR team members (e.g., Communications and Learning), and non-HR teams (e.g., Risk) to design and deliver initiatives aligned to the FY24 Culture Evolution Plan.
- Using your influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring they are aligned and energised to deliver culture change within their BUs and more broadly across the organisation.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery, reporting and analysis for culture listening and twice yearly employee engagement survey (Voice+).

This role will be dynamic in nature and require flexibility, agility and willingness to support the wider Leadership, Talent and Culture portfolio, championing our values and behaviours, and delivering on our Purpose.

- Have strong expertise in organisational and/or cultural behaviour change
- Programme management / project management expertise
- Have strong experience in working in large, fast-paced, challenging corporate environments with true comfort in working with ambiguity
- Have expert level capability in working with and through others to translate strategy into action, with a bias towards collaborative problem solving and delivery
- Be confident in the analysis and reporting of complex culture data - both quantitative and qualitative - drawing insights from multiple, disparate data sources and presenting them concisely.
- Be well-versed in developing credibility with senior level stakeholders, with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
- Be ninja-level in developing PowerPoint packs for senior audiences - being able to tell complex stories in a simple, compelling way
