Front Desk/community Manager

We're looking for a full time Front Desk/Community Manager to join our amazing team in this varied, highly visible role.
**The Role**:
- Manage the front desk, directing guests, prize winners and visitors
- Provide office and general administration duties
- Plan and execute onsite client and staff events
- Act as the main point of contact for building facilities and liaise with local contractors and suppliers
- Manage the mail room and storage areas and most importantly - provide a fun, friendly and uniquely MediaWorks welcome to anyone entering the building.

As the face of the business your vibrant personality and exceptional customer service will be unparalleled.
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Some experience in event management
- You effortlessly combine efficiency while maintaining an aura of calm and professionalism
- A flexible attitude to change and you absolutely have an eye for detail
- This is a busy role, but you will have heaps of fun with the different personalities around the office
- An interest in the processes of the radio industry
