**We are currently seeking a full-time front desk receptionist to join our exceptional team at a renowned 5-star hotel in Auckland**

This position offers Monday to Friday working hours, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. While occasional overtime may be required, you'll eagerly anticipate each workday as you experience our extraordinary offices and breathtaking views.

**About You**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome and assist staff and business guests
- Oversee sign-in and security procedures
- Utilize our computer-based booking system for reservations and check-ins
- Verify and allocate meeting room and event bookings
- Coordinate catering, and room facilities.
- Offer end-to-end support for any accessories required in the event of a meeting or conference being held, e.g. video connectivity & audio/visual
- Maintain impeccable standards in client-facing areas
- Offering support in client services and catering where needed

**Additional Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated diplomacy, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
