- For an experienced Service Desk Manager to join this Government agency that’s enhancing the experience of Aucklanders through delivery of ideas that have economic and social benefit to all.
- Manage all aspects of IT Service operations.
- Managing and mentoring a team of 5, responsible for providing front-line support across the region, you will foster a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Responsible for analysing service desk performance metrics and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement - customer experience will be front of mind for you.

- You are an experienced leader who has managed in-house support teams. You will come from an IT support background yourself.
- You have proven experience creating and managing SLAs.
- You are an excellent communicator that enjoys working with people and helping your team in their learning and development.
- You are a process-oriented person can implement and optimize IT service management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- You have a strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks.
