As a Front Desk Administrative Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel valued, heard, and cared for. This position offers a lot of variety, no day is the same
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warm Welcome: Greet clients with a genuine smile and make them feel at ease as they enter our centre.
- Empathetic Connection: Listen actively to clients’ needs, concerns, and questions. Show empathy and understanding, creating a safe space for them to share.
- Customer Assistance: Assist clients in scheduling appointments, answering enquiries, and providing information about our services.
- Smooth Operations: Coordinate administrative tasks such as managing schedules, handling phone calls, and maintaining records.
- Problem Solving: Approach challenges with patience and a positive attitude. Find solutions to ensure seamless operations.
