APRA AMCOS is a key business partner to Kiwi music creators. Our members—songwriters, composers, and music publishers—fuel the rhythm of Aotearoa’s music scene. Through **OneMusic **we license organisations to play, perform, copy, or record our members’ incredible music, ensuring they receive their well-deserved royalties.
This new role is dedicated to identifying, sourcing and optimising leads for sales conversion and accelerated revenue growth. Our team is a vibrant mix of professionals who are passionate about representing music creators and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **Data Management**:Onboard new data sources, manage technical data requirements, and ensure data quality.
- **Lead Coordination**:Ingest, wash, enhance and prioritise leads, and prepare bulk uploads.
- **Market Research**:Identify licensing opportunities, conduct market mapping, and support marketing and sales campaigns.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proficiency in data sourcing, manipulation, analysis and reporting
- Intermediate Excel skills - to gather, organise and present data-based reports
- Experience with CRM software and specifically Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesTime management and organizational skills
