**The Business Development Executive responsible in driving key account management strategies and leading business critical projects to enhance distribution channels and foster profitable relationships in the FMCG sector.**

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Craft and execute Key Account distribution channel plans, strategies, and Trading Terms architecture.
- Build tools to track and measure key KPIs by channel and manage sustainable, profitable relationships with accounts.
- Collaborate with Category Management and Marketing to foster category growth and establish BAT as a thought leader.
- Contribute end-to-end to business-critical projects, managing cross-functional stakeholders and defining timelines and milestones.
- Assist in developing Trading Terms agreements, activate channel plans, and manage accurate forecasting of channel volumes.
- Review trade spend for maximum ROI, draft account contracts, and monitor compliance with trading terms.
- Analyze sales data to identify distribution opportunities, prepare distribution business reviews, and ensure strategy implementation.
- Foster an environment of innovation and creativity within the team and Business Critical projects, evolving customer investment plans for competitive advantage.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Key Account Management and business development, preferably in FMCG or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills to build tools for tracking KPIs and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and define project timelines and milestones.
- Ability to develop and implement distribution strategies and Trading Terms architecture.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in collaborating with Marketing and Category Management teams to drive category growth.
- Capability to draft and manage account contracts and ensure compliance with trading terms.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to foster creativity and develop new approaches to business challenges.
