As Sales Revenue Planner reporting to the Category Revenue Manager, you will develop the plans for the Everyday Chocolate portfolio, building activations and launches to drive growth. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be working & influencing across multiple departments & stakeholders, providing leadership and direction for these segments, and working with our Marketing and Innovation team on a longer-term horizon, modelling forecasts and building go to market plans that will be executed in future years. Plus, playing a pivotal part reporting on results, ensuring we understand any key learnings to support further growth for future business plans.
**How you will contribute**
You will:
- Leads the development & deployment of the commercial category go-to market strategy and creation of revenue building blocks as part of the category annual plans (contract process)
- Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by customer to inform strategic decisions
- Suggest and influence investment in category building blocks, according to category and customer need, and will be accountable for execution excellence at point of sale
- Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for our brands
- Play a leadership role across cross functional teams by leading, providing relevant customer point of sale information that will lead to finding business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing that will lead to achieve category targets

- You will be highly organised, and detail oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks.
- Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions, and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans
- Category management and/or account management experience, within a fast-paced environment, ideally FMCG (5 years+)
- A real passion to win and demonstrate strong change agility to continuously adapt
- Demonstrate strong planning agility to develop and deliver plans, measuring and monitoring results and making recommendations to achieve growth targets
- Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
- Analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong excel skills and knowledge of scan data (Nielsen)
