Our vision at Te Reo Tātaki (TVNZ) is to be the number one streamer for trusted news and entertainment. Due to an internal promotion (promoted to CEO) we are looking to hire a talented and commercially driven Executive member to be our Chief Revenue Officer.

**The opportunity - Te tūranga**

In this high-profile role reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing, driving, and executing the strategy to accelerate digital revenue and includes responsibility for:

- Lead the successful delivery of TVNZ's commercial outcomes across all TV and online platforms and revenue streams in line with the agreed strategic goals and operating plans.
- Lead innovation in digital advertising solutions that enables revenue to grow to scale.
- Lead the successful delivery of TVNZ's marketing strategy across all TV and online platforms in line with the agreed strategic goals and operating plans.
- Ensure that TVNZ is a sustainable business with positive EBITDAF from FY28 and beyond

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the
- Sophisticated stakeholder influencing skills.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in an environment of competing interests and limited resources.
- Wealth of experience in leadership skills at an Executive team and demonstrated ability leading large complex and high performing teams.
- Strong transformational leadership experience to accelerate TVNZ's transition from a linear broadcaster to a digital first, multi-platform video content service provider.
- Proven sales leadership experience in service-related industries
- Known experience in strategic sales delivery.
- Successful revenue generation in multi-million-dollar environments
- Strong experience in commercial and financial management skills and experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic marketing delivery.
