**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue.**:

- **Oversee all revenue management functions to optimise hotel performance.**:

- **Build and maintain relationships with key market segments including corporate clients, leisure travellers, and tour operators.**:

- **Identify and target key markets such as China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia.**:

- **Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.**

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in a senior sales and revenue role within the luxury hotel sector.

Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian hospitality market.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
