**THE ROLE**:
This role is a critical part of the digital audio sales process; integral to the development of podcast advertising plans you will help the Audio Planners devise bespoke advertising plans that achieve client objectives. You’ll have an eye for detail, a mind for numbers and an ear for podcasts.

Our mission is to deliver best in class podcast advertising campaigns for our clients and your positive, can-do attitude, collaboration & communications skills and solutions focus will be put to good use.

Reporting to the GM Podcast Commercial you will work in strong collaboration with the Audio Planning and Content teams to ensure the campaigns are utilising the best inventory options available.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the Planners, Agency and Direct sales teams to create and implement podcast schedules that deliver on client objectives and budgets
- Develop deep understanding of the content pipeline to provide winning recommendations and schedules
- Manage multiple internal and partner requirements and can guide as required
- Consideration of podcast inventory availability and informing Planning/Sales of remnant inventory that can be utilised
- Management of content partner approvals and reconciling revenue share agreements
- Maintain commercial podcast collateral, keeping informed of and communicating about new partner opportunities
- Key support contact between commercial, podcast operations, planning and our content partners
- Ensure timely, confident communication to the commercial team and our content partners

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
