We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Manager who can lead by example to join this wonderful team based in Auckland CBD. This role requires someone who is a natural born leader and who can demonstrate their solid knowledge within the operations domain.
**Position Summary**
This busy role will see you overseeing the admin’s daily operational activities to ensure everything runs smoothly, by implementing the daily operational activities of the team including facilities management, assisting with HR and recruitment activities, providing daily support to the 4 directors, and providing general client support

**What we are looking for**:
- 2 plus years of experience being an administration or office manager.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to ensure that multiple activities are completed in an efficient manner to a high standard
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proactiveness and the ability to quickly adapt
- Experience carrying out facilities support services within a fast-paced office environment
- Experience within a team-based environment working with a diverse range of backgrounds
- Attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with staff
