This is not your everyday administrative role We are looking for someone with a creative flair as this role will involve capturing H&S content and creating Tik Tok's to promote safe work practices. If you come from an admin background but are looking for something fun and challenging, then contact me today

You will also support the wider HSEQ team with administrative functions such as generating reports, scheduling toolboxes, managing calendars / shared inbox, creating staff communications, drafting reports as well as any other administrative duties as required.

This is a full time role which is Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times during business hours and based in the head office in Henderson. You do not need to come from a H&S background for this role.

- Have previous work experience in an administrative role
- Good computer skills in particular Outlook and Microsoft suite
- Display exceptional people skills, listening to and understanding employee requests
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be highly organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks with confidence and ease
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Personality Plus is a bonus
