**The Opportunity**

This is a newly created role that will provide administrative leadership to the CablePrice Sales, Service Contracts, and Warranty administration team. This will entail managing the daily workload of your direct reports, of which there are eight, to ensure KPI’s, SLA’s and goals are met.

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Supervise and assist the Central Services Group (CSG) Aftersales Administration team
- Manage all sales orders through too invoicing to ensure process quality and accuracy
- Provide guidance and direction to your team making clear the objectives and expectations
- Driving continuous improvement by reviewing and implementing new processes to improve performance and efficiency
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure the smooth operation, training and process implementation utilising the Dynamics business management system.
- Previous experience in Administrative Team management
- Effective coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire high levels of productivity and quality outcomes from you team
- Demonstrates the ability to identify, implement and continually improve business processes and systems
- Strong financial and commercial acumen developed through previous experience
- Effectively manages time and demonstrates a proactive and disciplined approach to planning and work prioritisation
- Very highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Experience using MS Office 365 products, particularly Excel.
