We are currently seeking a highly capable and versatile Front of House Administrator to join our client’s team. As part of the broader administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and professional operation of the Auckland Office. With a growing team of 80 staff across New Zealand, this position will involve managing various facets related to office facilities, lease renewals, stationary procurement, and general operational/office management.

As the Front of House Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and welcoming reception experience. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional reception duties to encompass broader administrative tasks that contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.

We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive Front of House Administrator to join our client’s team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, making it an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and being involved in various areas of office operations.

**As the Front of House Administrator, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Office coordination: You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are set up properly, keeping common areas tidy, managing travel and accommodation bookings, maintaining databases, and organizing catering for meetings and events.
- HR support: You will assist with new employee inductions, manage leave requests, review timesheets, and handle basic day-to-day HR tasks to support the smooth running of the HR function.
- Accounts: You will provide support with some account’s functionalities
- Ad hoc admin tasks: You will be involved in various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and typing, as needed to support the efficient functioning of the office.
- Creative assistance: For those with a flair for creativity, there will be opportunities to assist the architects, making this role particularly appealing to recent arts/design graduates.
