We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Strata Title Administration Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to our experienced Body Corporate Managers.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will be working with large bodies corporate in New Zealand. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our Body Corporate Managers
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Liaising with service providers, chairpersons, building managers, committees and owners
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of Body Corporate/Strata processes
  • Gaining and increasing your knowledge of our specialist software as well as MS Office
