Executive Assistant to CEO

**Location**: Auckland
**Job type **:Full time 30 hours Minimum per week
**Duration**: Permanent
**Pay Bracket**: Minimum $29.66 per hour, and the employer is willing to go up to $31.00 per hour, based on work experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage and maintain calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for various projects.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and team activities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Preferred Attributes**:
- Relevant experience and qualifications preferred, but not compulsory.
- Great presentation and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills and positive attitude
- Flexible to work some weekends and public holidays, depending on the appointments and tasks on hand.
- To be considered for this role you must be in NZ, and either be an NZ resident, citizen or have the legal right to work in NZ full time.
