A brilliant opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be part of this Not For Profit Organisation. This organisation supports individuals and their whānau. This is temporary role which is likely till Christmas but may be extended.

**Responsibilities of this Executive Assistant**
- Efficiently manage the CE’s inbox and calendar, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Attend and minute Board meetings, including a meeting in early December (late afternoon/early evening).
- Provide general administration and office support tasks.
- Collaborate with another part-time administrator to ensure coverage.
**What you’ll have for this EA role**
- Experience supporting C suite and or senior leadership teams.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft and be confident to use Excel.
- Proficiency in using Adobe, AV systems, Outlook, Teams, Board Pro and minute taking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with the Chief Executive.
- Time management skills demonstrated by your ability to prioritise tasks supporting the team and meeting deadlines.
