Were looking for Executive Assistants to work closely with our Chief Operations Officer and Senior Executives. Successful applicants will manage administrative tasks on their behalf.

This position will handle enquiries, create and distribute documents, manage calendars and meetings, and book events, travel and accommodation. They may also assist with reviewing reports and other financial documents.

Were looking for applicants that are highly organized and has the ability to manage people and delegate tasks and would be willing to be assigned at our Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines office.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Setting the COO/executives daily schedule.
- Reviewing incoming reports and handling all correspondence directed to the executive.
- Acting as the point of contact between the executive and colleagues and stakeholders.
- Researching a variety of topics.
- Managing events.
- Coordinating travel arrangements.
- Managing oce documentation, ling and databases.
- Producing reports and presentations.
- Managing assistants and delegating tasks.
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the departments activities
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non
- financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the companys website and social media accounts
- Choose assessment
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the companys presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

**Qualications**
- Relevant experience as a marketing/executive assistant
- Good understanding of oce management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant eld is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Must have innovative and strategic thinking skills
- Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
- Prociency in English
- A creative yet practical mind

Kindly note that this position might have a dierent working hours, rather than the traditional 8 AM to 5PM, to adhere to our Executive/COOs time zones.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
