We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator, to support the National Manager, Workplace Relations and the team. Use your skills in planning and data management to ensure deadlines are met and policies and best practice are adhered to.

Support the Manager with planning, updating, and monitoring forecast and actual expenditure for the Workplace Relations budget
Develop appropriate file management framework for team and align to National requirements, policy and best practice
Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy in dealing with matters relating to Workplace Relations activities
Establish, monitor and maintain reporting data to ensure accurate information is available at any given time

Bring your coordination or administration experience, strong IT literacy, and an understanding of Workplace Relations to a role where you can learn and grow into your career.

**To be successful in this role, we’d expect you will**:

- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong experience in Office 365
- Strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to demonstrate sound processes and systems for managing the flow of information
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks according to importance and urgency
