**About the role**

As a National Support Coordinator, you will contribute to the efficient operation of across all Carters Manufacturing plants. This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract position reporting to the Branch Accountant based at our National Support office in East Tamaki. The demands of the job are broad and varied, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Issuing prompt and accurate invoices
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials reconciliations of all manufactured jobs.
- Undertaking accounting administration, including general ledger journals and the calculation of labour accruals
- Update systems in advance of monthly stocktakes.
- Liaise with the National Operations Manager, National Technical Administrator and Manufacturing Managers to coordinate workloads in order to meet deadlines.

**About you**
- Confident administrator with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
- Robust Analytical skills with the ability to multitask.
- Process drives with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Technical knowledge is key - MS Excel and Data entry skills are a must.
- Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Logistics sector experience desired
