Looking for a Sales assistant to join our busy ICT service team in Auckland.

You will work along a team of IT expert to promote our IT service to the local market.

This role requires you to perform the following tasks:

- Assist the ICT sales team in achieving sales targets by providing support in various sales activities. This may include generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and following up with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the ICT products and services offered by the company. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value and benefits of the products to customers.
- Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to potential clients. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of the ICT products to demonstrate their suitability for customer needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team based on market intelligence gathered.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and recommendations to the sales team based on market intelligence gathered.
- Collaborate with team member and manager to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up with clients.

**What we'll need from you**
- 1 Year IT related experiences.
- IT knowledge background is an advantage but not necessary.
- Fast learner, good listener
- Friendly, Reliable, honest, and hard working
- Sound communication and negotiation skill
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Can-do attitude

**What we'll provide for you**:

- Work Location: Auckland
- Hourly rate: $ 29.66 per hour minimum
- Hours per week: A minimum of 30 hours per week, no more than 60 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Immediate start
- Pay frequency: Weekly payment.
- Opportunity to upskill and promote.
