**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactively communicate with customers
- Manage and control systems and risk related to DHL’s proprietary passive packaging solution
- Develop and manage inventory control procedures
- Internal management reporting
- Assist management team with data analysis as required
- Driving OMS responsibilities within the operations through coordination, reporting and maintenance of related documentation, standards and training

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE?**
- Experience working in a fast-paced and productive 3PL environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
- Ability to work and think independently and autonomously where required
- A desire to learn and improve
- Intermediate data analysis skills
- Awareness of inventory management best practices
