**Job Description**:

- We’re all about Good Work_

You’ve probably seen us around - on the roads, building sites, and in cities, towns, and locations all over New Zealand.

We build and maintain infrastructure that improves the quality of life across New Zealand and Australia. Everything, from roads and bridges, to energy, water and communication.

We’re big and growing but this will always be a family business with family centric values that are REAL; Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude and Leadership - driving who we are and what we do. We know that we’re only ever as good as our people. That’s why we’re committed to hiring, developing and retaining the best in the industry.

What’s in it for you?

At Fulton Hogan we truly care about the wellbeing of our people and giving them the tools they need to succeed. From medical and life insurance from day one, to increasing our KiwiSaver employer contributions for service milestones, family scholarship programmes, learning and development programmes, long service leave, and a slew of retail and supplier discounts, we’re proud to offer a range of REAL Benefits that recognises the huge role our people play in our success.

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Programme Coordinator to join the Fulton Hogan talent team, reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager. This role can be based in either Auckland or Christchurch.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting and coordinating all national TA programmes of work, supporting both the National TAM and the TA Programme Lead - Early Careers. You’ll be working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders as well, so strong customer service skills are a must

We’re looking for someone proactive with a strong programme delivery and operations focus as you’ll have a broad range of responsibilities; from assisting our lead with the logistics of our early careers programmes, meeting and event scheduling, the preparation of materials and collateral, end to end recruitment as well as attending expo’s and events to name a few

To achieve this, you’ll be working closely with our regional TA teams, national training team and hiring managers to understand their needs and objectives, then providing comprehensive support and advice to ensure our Fulton Hogan whanau is supported.

This role can be fast paced at times, so we’re looking for someone who can get stuck in, do the mahi and find ways to add value to whatever they’re working on.

What you’ll bring to the table

Being a tight-knit team, personality is key. You’ll like to have a laugh and a good time and buckle down and pitch in whenever you’re needed and have a contagious willingness to learn.

If you’re looking to start your career in recruitment at a national level and sink your teeth into some chunky projects and initiatives, then we want to hear from you

Fulton Hogan Philosophy

Here at Fulton Hogan, we don’t just talk about our REAL Values, we live them too. Our people are the most important part of our business and we’re always looking for people who are passionate about the work they do. If that’s you, we’d like to invite you to become part of our family and join us in our commitment to ensuring the Good Work we do will make a positive difference to the quality of life for our people, our customers and the communities we all call home.

Sound like you?

If you are looking for a role to showcase your skills, build a long lasting legacy, and want to help us build on our Good Work culture, then we want to hear from you. Please include a cover letter outlining your experience and skills as they relate to this role.
- We celebrate and embrace diversity across our business and are committed to equal employment opportunities._
- We believe in the value that diversity brings to our team and people who share our REAL values are encouraged to apply_
