This position's purpose is to provide high-quality recruitment and selection advice, coordination and administration and support values-based delivery that is aligned with Ara's priorities as well as to the broader People and Capability division, delivering efficient, timely services and employment correspondence to all of Ara's leaders and colleagues. To develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders, managers and kaimahi, delivering a quality, mana-enhancing, pragmatic, and values-led approach to recruitment and selection. Work alongside leaders and people and culture kaimahi to develop talent, elevating proactive recruitment and selection capability that improves both individual and organisation performance. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and organisation policies while embedding diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and proactively suggest process improvements and innovative approaches to enhance the effectiveness of regional recruitment initiatives.

**Ng**ā pūkenga me ngā wheako - **Skills/Experience**
- Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years' experience in an Administrator/Co-Ordinator position
- Strong customer service focus and drive to meet expectations.
- A tertiary qualification at Degree level in an appropriate discipline; or equivalent knowledge obtained from previous work experience.
- Understanding of People and Culture policies, processes, New Zealand employment legislation and employment agreements.
- A longer-term commitment to People and Capability as a career pathway.
- Previous experience in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition environment
- Exposure to recruitment software in particular Snaphire.
