Programme Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator who will help us deliver our Business Improvement Programme over the next few years.

The Programme is a complex, multi workstream endeavour with many stakeholders, both internal and external to the Programme as well as vendors.

You'll play an important role in keeping the moving parts connected and synchronised, take initiative and provide the support required for smooth and efficient operation.

About the opportunity
Realising these benefits will require high levels of engagement across and collaboration with the areas and stakeholder groups mentioned.

Attention to detail, the ability to communicate complex information effectively and in simple, easy to understand terms will be required to be successful in this role.

We are refactoring our Financial Management Information System, NetSuite, and implementing a Human Resource Information System and Customer Relationship Management system.

A second workstream is reviewing research, finance and People and Culture processes, designing them optimised for time and simplicity.

A third workstream is reviewing our project roles and responsibilities, looking for opportunities to improve those and to provide cost effective support services, possibly by means of a form of Project Management Office.

Success will require collaboration with other all teams and Workstream Leads, positive relationships with all stakeholders and a healthy dose of emotional intelligence.

This position is fixed term until 30 September 2025, full time, reports to the Programme Manager, and is based at our Lincoln site.

About you
You have at least five years' experience as a Programme Coordinator or as a Project Manager.

You are experienced in report preparation and the timely sourcing of data points for those.

You have Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and other tools skills necessary for combining content from various sources into a single document in a visually appealing style.

You have experience in contract administration, reviewing and recommending changes and / or renewals when necessary.

You manage diaries and take the initiative when faced with scheduling conflicts and complexities.

You follow up on commitments and deadlines to achieve the planned milestones.

You establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and have the social skills and experience necessary to operate effectively with different personality types.
